This is the option to choose if you requested a full valuation report, with inspection of a property.

Depending on the number of valuations requested, you will receive a valuation report within 10 - 14 working days, from the date of inspection!

Why would you choose this option:

• Physical inspection carried out on the property
• More comprehensive and more detailed.
• If you want more than just a valuation, but also an indication maintenance costs.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE! To finalise the order and payment, just must do the following when checking out:

• Add the quotation number as a reference in the special request section of the order when checking out.
• Also change the amount as per the quotation received . Please change the amount paid to the 50% deposit amount or the full amount as per the quotation
